Tucker Trot
The Tucker Trot is a three-week walkathon organized by the 5th Grade Committee to raise money for 5th-grade activities while getting our students moving and having some fun along the way.
Students will track the minutes they walk during the Tucker Trot, including walks to and from school. Each class will compete to see which homeroom can log the most walking minutes, with the winning class earning a pizza party!
And, of course, family and friends can get in on the fun by supporting their favorite 5th grader.
Two ways to support the Tucker Trot
Make a per-minute pledge
Pledge an amount for every minute your 5th grader walks. After the Tucker Trot, we'll collect each student's final walking total, calculate your pledge, and email you with the final amount and instructions for making your donation.
Make a one-time donation
Choose an amount that works for you and make a donation directly to support 5th-grade activities.
Pledge Per Minute
Want to make every minute count?
Choose an amount to pledge for every minute your 5th grader walks during the Tucker Trot.
For example:
$0.25/minute × 120 minutes = $30
You can also set a maximum amount for your pledge.
