Tucker Cares

The Tucker Cares program is a community building initiative where students are encouraged to volunteer and perform acts of kindness throughout various organizations in Milton.  We have planned activities throughout the school year to encourage students and their families to participate in some or all options. We hope you will get involved! The schedule is as follows:

October:

October 17th - half day after school event partnering with our first International partner, Cambodia Orphanage

November:

November 16th - A Pie for a Pie event supporting the Milton Food Pantry. Families are asked to assemble bags with all the necessities to make a pumpkin pie. The PTO will be serving Pizza Pie to make this a fun Pie for a Pie Thanksgiving event.

December:

Tucker Cares partners with the Milton Residents Holiday Toy Drive.

January:

January 18th - Martin Luther King Day in school day of service. Tucker Cares looks forward to our first day of service honoring Dr. Martin Luther King. Each grade will partner with an organization (Milton Animal League, Milton Police and Fire Department, Wounded Warriors, etc).

February:

February 6th - half day after school event with Unquity House Residents. Tucker Cares will host a lunch for our local seniors and provide entertainment and activities.

March:

March 7th - half day partnership with Children’s Hospital.

April:

Tucker Cares will run a spring food drive at Unity Night for Milton Food Pantry.

May:

Tucker Cares will partner with the town wide Milton clean up initiative.
